Trump’s hand, makeup and a strange excuse , coincidence or not?

During the past week, Trump was seen on several occasions with a visibly applied layer of makeup on his hand, and many noticed he could barely keep his eyes open during a speech by a member of his cabinet.

Powdered hand of Donald Trump (79) on Wednesday evening once again raised the question of what is happening with the U.S. president. He covered a large bruise with a thick layer of makeup and appeared on stage for Black History Month.

This is not the first time his hands have been covered with makeup. However, the make-up was less shiny than when he addressed members of the military at Fort Bragg on Friday. During the past week, Trump was several times seen with a visible layer of makeup on his hand, and many noticed he could barely keep his eyes open during a speech by cabinet member Lee Zeldin. Trump, the oldest person to assume the presidency, is trying to conceal his chronic bruises by wearing makeup almost every day or hiding his hands under tables, reports Net.hr.

Independent journalist Aaron Rupar noted on X that Trump’s change in skin tone on Wednesday was “worse than ever.”

“How much handshaking does it take for that?” wrote an X user, referring to the White House claim that the bruises are caused by frequent handshaking. When asked on Wednesday for comment on the condition of Trump’s hand, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt sent a statement to the Daily Beast.

“President Trump is a man of the people and meets more Americans and shakes more hands every day than any other president in history. His commitment is unwavering and he proves it every day,” Leavitt said. The White House defense based on handshaking lost credibility after some of his worst bruises appeared on the left hand of the right-handed president during last month’s World Economic Forum in Davos, along with a chronic bruise on his right hand.

“I cut myself on a table,” he explained. Trump has also attributed his bruises to aspirin use. The president says he takes a larger dose than recommended by his doctor because he does not want “thick blood” flowing through his heart. During his second term, media have reported deterioration in Trump’s health, as the president is often seen dozing during cabinet meetings, experiencing mental difficulties, slurred speech and swollen ankles.

Last year the White House revealed that Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, a common condition in which the veins in the legs struggle to push blood back to the heart. Despite all official denials, the photos speak louder than words.
